We have since resumed to business as usual and are working hard to get your orders to you safely and as fast as possible. Postage times have increased as a result of COVID-19 so please allow additional time for your order to be delivered. We recommend purchasing via our express shipping option if you want your order to arrive as fast as possible.
Many orders have been delayed due to the spread of COVID-19 which affected both our manufacturing of waitlist products and distribution. Our affected customers were notified by email and those with orders containing waitlist items will continue to receive updates via email. Please be mindful that we have no control over the speed of the delivery once it leaves our distribution centres.

Our distribution centres will continue to send out orders as usual. All necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries. Parcels will be left in a safe place or if signature required, the delivering driver will sign in the presence of the customer at a safe distance.
We have also extended our returns period to 60 days. We will update our website if anything changes.
